Refund policy
At Tides Corner, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are offered on eligible items within 24 hours of receiving your order and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible Reasons for Return: Goods may only be returned due to manufacturing defects or damages. Change of mind, incorrect selection, or general dissatisfaction does not qualify for a return or refund.
Inspection at Delivery: All goods must be inspected at the point of delivery by the first recipient. For direct deliveries, this is the customer. For ferry or boat deliveries, the ferry personnel are considered the first recipient and are responsible for inspecting the goods upon handover. Any damage or defect must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Claims made after the delivery handover will not be accepted.
Refund Process: Approved refund requests will be processed within 2–3 business days. Items must be in original packaging and unused (except where the defect was discovered upon first use). To request a refund, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details, photos of the defect or damage, and proof of purchase. Tides Corner reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our return conditions.
