Shipping policy

Delivery Areas: Tides Corner delivers to Male' City, Hulhumale' City, and Velana International Airport for international customers traveling to or from the Maldives.

Standard Delivery (Male' & Hulhumale'): All deliveries require full advance payment before dispatch. Delivery bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the requested delivery time, and goods will be delivered within 48 hours of the scheduled booking. Free delivery is available on orders above MVR 1,000. For orders below MVR 1,000, a delivery fee applies.

Airport Delivery (International Customers): Tides Corner offers airport delivery for international customers arriving or departing through Velana International Airport. Airport delivery is available for purchases of USD 200 or above in value. Airport delivery bookings must be made at least 4 days (96 hours) ahead of the customer's scheduled arrival or departure. Delivery will be made directly to the customer at the airport in the designated meeting area. Goods will be delivered in shopping bags or in the original product packaging. Any additional or special packaging requirements will be arranged and charged on a case-by-case basis. If the customer is unable to meet the delivery team at the designated area, the goods will be held at our store until a new delivery arrangement is mutually agreed upon between both parties.

Ferry & Boat Delivery: For deliveries to a ferry or boat, Tides Corner does not accept liability for the safety of the product once handed over. Proof of delivery will be confirmed via photo evidence taken at the point of handover.
